Forms to Review Before Starting

A short list of documents that clarify roles, terms, and disclosures before we begin working together.

Massachusetts Mandatory Licensee-Consumer Disclosure

Clarifies the roles and responsibilities of the agent. Later, we'll send a version via DocuSign to sign or acknowledge. This isn't a contract — it's a disclosure form that confirms my current role. If we begin working together, my role shifts to Seller's Agent.

Massachusetts Mandatory Residential Home Inspection Disclosure

Massachusetts has a new home inspection law that requires sellers to provide this disclosure to prospective buyers. The purpose is to make sure buyers understand they have the right to obtain a home inspection and that sellers cannot require or encourage buyers to waive that right before an offer is accepted. It's now a standard disclosure for nearly all residential sales in Massachusetts.
